Terms of Service

Make sure to fully read and understand everything in these terms before ordering from me! If you have a request that you're unsure about, you can message me to ask!

You will need to be 18+ or have a guardian's permission to order a commission from me.Please have at least one picture reference ready for your request, and a pose and/or expression reference is appreciated to make sure you get exactly what you want, but it's not needed !

Copyrights

As the creator of the artwork, I have the right to,
✔ Share the piece on Social Media.
✔ Display it as a Portfolio piece.I will not,
✘ Resell the art piece to a company, use as merch, etc.
✘ Claim your character as my own.As the commissioner of the artwork, you have the right to,
✔ Share it on your Social Media
✔ Personal Use (Icon, Banner, Thumbnail, Etc.)You do not have the right to,
✘ Sell my artwork as merch.
✘ Edit my artwork.
✘ Claim that you created it.If you wish to order art from me for commerical use, please personally contact me about what you're interested in!

Deadlines

I can work on a deadline for you, however I need at least 2 weeks of notice beforehand.
If your deadline is too tight or I am otherwise too busy, I will decline.

Payment

As of now, I will accept payment through

All payments must be paid upfront before I will start on your commission. I can work with you if you need a payment plan or something similar!Refunds I will issue a full refund if I am in the sketch phase or otherwise have not started on your commission.
I will issue a 50% refund if I am partly unfinished.
I will not give a refund if I have completed your commission.If you are unsatisfied with the result, I apologize! You will be receiving progress pictures as I work, so just tell me if you want something adjusted or reworked before I'm finished.
